Naseebet Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "User") and Naseebet ("the Platform", "we", "us"). These Terms apply to all use of the Naseebet website at naseebet.onl, including sports betting, live casino, slots, promotions and any related services provided through the platform.

By accessing the platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you accept these Terms unconditionally. These Terms apply alongside any specific rules published for individual games, promotions, or betting markets — in any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that promotion.

2. Eligibility

Use of the Naseebet platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

3. Account Registration

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on the Naseebet platform. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same payment method, or the same IP address — is a breach of these Terms and will result in all duplicate accounts being closed. Any funds held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

Accurate Information

You must provide your real name, date of birth, and valid contact details when registering. Using fictitious names, incorrect dates of birth, or borrowed identity information to circumvent eligibility checks is strictly prohibited and will lead to immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Naseebet will never contact you asking for your password. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately. Any activity carried out under your account credentials before you report a security breach is your responsibility.

Account Verification (KYC)

Naseebet may request identity verification documents at any point, including before processing a withdrawal. Standard verification requires a government-issued identity document. Providing false or manipulated documents is a criminal matter and will be reported accordingly.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Supported Payment Methods

Naseebet supports deposits and withdrawals in PKR through JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit cards and mobile wallets. All transactions are processed in PKR — there are no currency conversion fees applied to deposits or withdrawals at Naseebet.

Deposits

Deposits are credited to your Naseebet account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit. Naseebet does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa mobile wallets typically complete within minutes. Bank transfer and Raast withdrawals are processed within one working day. Naseebet reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Bonus funds must meet applicable wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn — see Section 5.
• A minimum wagering threshold on deposited funds may apply before a withdrawal can be requested.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts that have passed identity verification.
• Naseebet reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if fraud, money laundering, or Terms violations are suspected pending investigation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

Naseebet offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, enhanced odds on PSL and cricket events, and accumulator insurance. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions as well as any specific terms published with each individual promotion.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus credits and any winnings generated from bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion terms before you opt in. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each bonus — unused bonus credits and associated winnings expire at the end of the validity period.

Bonus Eligibility

• Most bonuses are available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonuses are not transferable between accounts and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.
• Naseebet reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed.
• Players found to be exploiting bonuses — including through coordinated play, arbitrage betting with bonus funds, or opening multiple accounts to claim offers — will have bonuses voided and accounts reviewed.

Promotion-Specific Terms

Enhanced odds promotions, free bet offers, PSL specials and other time-limited promotions carry their own specific terms which are published alongside each offer on the Promotions page. These specific terms take precedence over these general bonus conditions in case of conflict.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

Placing Bets

All bets placed on the Naseebet platform are final once confirmed. You are responsible for verifying the details of your bet — including the event, selection, stake in PKR, and odds — before confirming. Naseebet does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where specifically permitted by the rules of an individual market.

Odds & Payouts

Odds are displayed in decimal format and are correct at the time of bet placement. For pre-match betting, odds are locked at the time the bet is confirmed. For live in-play betting, odds change in real time and the odds accepted at bet confirmation apply. Payouts are calculated by multiplying the confirmed stake by the confirmed odds.

Void Bets

A bet may be voided in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned, the event does not commence within the specified period, a market is suspended due to a technical error, or settlement data cannot be confirmed from an authoritative source. Voided bets are returned as the original stake amount in PKR to your account balance.

Cricket & PSL Specific Rules

For PSL matches and international cricket, a match must reach the minimum overs threshold for the format for most markets to be settled — specific minimum overs rules are published in the cricket betting rules section. Rain-affected matches where DLS is applied will be settled according to the DLS result. Player-specific markets (top batsman, top bowler) require the player to take part in the match to stand.

Live Casino Rules

Live casino games are operated under the rules of the respective game provider. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, the round will be settled based on the recorded server-side game state at the point of disconnection. Game results are final and determined by the game server, not by any client-side display.

Slots Rules

Slots outcomes are determined by certified random number generators. All wins are subject to the return-to-player (RTP) percentage and volatility profile of the individual game title. Malfunctions void all pays and play. Buy-feature and bonus-buy options, where available, are subject to the same rules as standard gameplay.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Naseebet platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, legal action:

• Opening more than one account or assisting others to open accounts in order to claim multiple bonuses.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or place bets.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or pricing errors in any betting market or game.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, inside information betting, or coordinated betting activity designed to guarantee profit artificially.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means, stolen payment credentials, or unauthorised third-party accounts.
• Using the platform to facilitate money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Abusing the customer support team or any Naseebet personnel with threatening, offensive, or discriminatory language.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or scrape any part of the Naseebet platform.

8. Privacy & Data

Naseebet collects and processes personal data in order to operate player accounts, process transactions, verify identity, detect fraud, and provide customer support. By registering an account, you consent to this processing as described in our Privacy Policy.

Naseebet does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with payment processors, identity verification providers, and fraud detection services strictly to the extent necessary to operate the platform. All data is handled securely and retained only for as long as required.

9. Limitation of Liability

Naseebet provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure platform availability and accuracy of information, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that any particular outcome will result from use of the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Naseebet's liability to any player for any claim arising out of use of the platform is limited to the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days prior to the claim. Naseebet is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses of any kind.

Naseebet is not responsible for losses arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials, from the player's decision to place particular bets, or from circumstances beyond Naseebet's reasonable control including platform outages, internet connectivity failures, or regulatory actions.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

Naseebet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time for the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading information at registration or during verification.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of promotions.
• Receipt of a valid legal order requiring account closure or fund freezing.
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login or transaction activity for 12 consecutive months may be considered dormant; dormant account policy terms apply.

Players may close their own account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance (excluding non-qualifying bonus funds) will be returned to the player's verified payment method after standard verification checks.

11. Responsible Gaming
